It’s a process in which the whole process of manufacturing is carries out in house, or in the workshop.
Starting from the purchase of gold bar of 24K karat 99.9% of Gold.
It then gets melted in the burner with the specific amount of other materials to create the alloy of Gold that our customer desire and verified by us for excellent quality.
After that it goes on the machine which press the gold bar in thick paper like structure.
Then it gets passed on to another machine which cuts the small pieces in to several design of choice and according to the order of customer.
When the pieces are ready our experienced craftsmen then take the responsibility to make the ornament into desired shape, by picking and placing small pieces of Gold on to the gel like structure.
Verified by the craftsmen and our checker team, then after upon approval from the customer and checker, its forged in POP Plaster of Paris, (A cement like structure which is liquid at the start and gets hard with time)
Then carefully soldered by the craftsmen and removing every thing except Gold, the ornament has the shape it requires.
It’s the job of the Polisher to give the finishing and shine that gold deserve.

Hall mark uses X-Ray technology to determine and examine the purity of the ornament with out damaging and melting the item.
All the Hall Mark test centre are government affiliated to maintain the security and transparency of the trust worthy process.
